DLH Investments' founder and Principal, David L. Hagele has closed over $200 million in conventional, conduit and mezzanine financings over his real estate career. Prior to founding DLH, David served both as vice president of a private real estate investment firm active in many western U.S. markets, and president of the firm's in-house financing, management and leasing company. In these positions, David played a key role in the development, growth, leasing and management of over 3 million square feet of assets located in California, Nevada and Alaska, while establishing a tenant relations program that far exceeded industry benchmarks.

David holds a bachelor's degree in management from Pacific Union College and is a licensed real estate broker in California. He is a member of several trade and civic organizations, including the Bay Area Mortgage Association, Belden Club (San Francisco chapter), Active 20/30 Club (Santa Rosa chapter) and has served as a commissioner on the Richmond Economic Development Commission and the Bonita Avenue Corridor Committee. He continues to be involved in economic development with various Bay Area communities on an informal basis.

Nichole joined DLH in 2006 as a senior home loan officer and commercial mortgage underwriter/analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Nichole was employed for 10 years with Investors Trust Mortgage Company where she was a loan officer active in both debt and equity financing.

Nichole holds a degree in sports fitness from Denver Tech College and is a licensed real estate agent in California. Nichole is a member of several trade and civic organizations, including the Santa Rosa Active 20-30 Club and Healdsburg Soroptimist Club. Nichole also volunteers her time in fundraising for the Healdsburg Animal Shelter.
